New dishes include the Crab Roe Spaghetti, Miso-Glazed Black Cod with soba noodles, and Mixed Beet Salad, alongside refreshing seasonal cocktails and a Blueberry Pavlova for dessert.

The menu arrives as founder Viet Nguyen was recently named a finalist for the James Beard Awards, adding to the excitement surrounding one of Orange County's most innovative dining destinations.
