It is located at the tip of the Balboa Peninsula and right next to the world-famous surfing spot The Wedge.
To the south, you can see beautiful Newport Beach homes along the water and a small section of beach known as Pirate’s Cove.
The view is even more incredible in person
To the north, there’s a view of the Balboa Pier.
