San Clemente Pier: What to Expect (2024)
The San Clemente pier is not the most well-known (that honor probably belongs to Huntington Beach), but in our opinion, it’s the one most worth a visit.
It’s a wooden pier that extends far out into the Pacific ocean. There’s lots of activity around the pier area. Here are the top things to do near the San Clemente pier.
1. Go Fishing
All of the six Orange County piers allow fishing, and you do not need a license.
2. Fisherman’s Bar & Restaurant
This is one of the most popular restaurants in San Clemente and on a nice sunny day, the views are incredible!
